Caldera Law Advises On $24M Wendy’s Property Sale

MIAMI – SEPTEMBER 26, 2025 – Caldera Law announced it represented the seller entities in the $24 million sale of a Wendy’s property in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, a transaction that completes buyer Masaveu Real Estate US’s assemblage of nearly an entire block along Southwest Eighth Street.

The sale involved three entities – Inpetros LLC, Berlin Capital LLC, and CNG of Ottawa LLC – which transferred the 0.6-acre site at 200 SW 8th St. The property, originally purchased in 2014 for $10.5 million, includes a 3,611-square-foot Wendy’s built in 1979.

Caldera Law advised throughout the complex negotiation process, ensuring a successful outcome.

“This multi-million dollar transaction was over a year in the making and required an extraordinary amount of work and persistence,” said Lindsey Mandler, Partner at Caldera Law. “The deal involved sophisticated parties and multiple layers of complexity, from navigating an institutional tenant to structuring a transaction of this size. Ultimately, it was a collaborative effort that reflects Caldera’s ability to guide clients through some of the most challenging and high-stakes real estate matters.”

This transaction underscores Caldera’s strength in high-value real estate deals and its growing presence in Miami’s dynamic development market. The firm’s representative experience includes advising institutional investors, hospitality groups, and developers on acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings across South Florida.

With this acquisition, Masaveu now controls 1.4 acres at Southwest Eighth Street and Southwest Second Avenue, zoned for 150 units per acre with a maximum height of 48 stories.
