Jesse Potterveld

Jesse Potterveld is the Chief Operating Officer at Caldera Law, where he leads the firm’s business, administrative, and financial operations. He is committed to enhancing the client experience, fostering employee well-being, and driving sustainable, long-term growth.

Prior to joining Caldera Law, Jesse co-founded Wingtip, a luxury retail store and private social club in San Francisco. There, he oversaw all hospitality and omnichannel retail operations, and helped shape a distinctive brand known for its elevated customer experience. During time at Oracle NetSuite, Jesse led international, cross-business teams within the Health & Beauty and Apparel verticals, focusing on product innovation, regulatory compliance, and client success. In the early aughts, Jesse served as the Director of Operations at On the Fly, Inc., one of the first wave of dot-com retail startups bringing the boutique shopping experience online.

Outside of work, Jesse is a playwright, avid runner, and devoted Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
