Michelle White

Michelle has over 10 years of experience including pre and post judgment litigation practices resulting in the recovery of millions of dollars for her client. She began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender where she litigated criminal defense cases from arrest and arraignment through jury trial. She later transitioned to a civil practice becoming adept at dispositive motion practice.

Michelle spearheads Caldera’s title and closing real estate division representing buyers, owners, developers, lenders and brokers involved in commercial and residential real estate in South Florida.​Active in the community, Michelle has worked with Legal Aid Services of Miami where she volunteers on a pro bono basis for Small Claims Clinics assisting indigent clients with the preparation of legal documents. She is also a member of the Coral Gables Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers and National Association of Women in Construction.​Michelle is admitted to The Florida Bar and the Southern District of The Florida Federal Bar. She is an Attorney Member of Attorney’s Title Fund, which gives her the ability to perform title searches, issue title insurance policies and perform residential and commercial real estate closings. She holds a J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Miami.
