MIAMI – OCTOBER 1, 2025 – Caldera Law today announced the opening of its new office in Miami’s Little River neighborhood as part of the firm’s continued strategic growth. The move reflects the firm’s expanding client base across hospitality, food and beverage, corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, real estate, zoning/land use, and emerging practice areas.
The new Caldera Law office, located at 7275 NW 1st Ct., Unit 104, positions the firm in one of Miami’s fastest-growing business corridors and was designed as a 2,800-square-foot hub for dealmaking, development, and dispute resolution. Offering BigLaw experience in a boutique environment, the space features a modern, open-format layout with permanent and hot-desk options, fostering collaboration, supporting a hybrid workforce, and reflecting Caldera’s culture of accessibility and teamwork.
Caldera continues to be recognized for its full service, multidisciplinary approach, and deep expertise across sectors. The firm's diverse client roster spans companies at every stage of the business lifecycle – from emerging startups to established corporations – and includes industries such as hospitality, health care, real estate, technology, sports, and entertainment.
“Our decision to deepen our roots in Little River reflects both our firm’s growth and our commitment to being embedded in the cultural and business fabric of Miami,” said Ben Wolkov, managing partner of Caldera Law. “This office allows us to better serve clients across industries while staying connected to the neighborhoods where they live, work, and build.”
The expansion follows a period of significant momentum for Caldera Law, which is projected to increase revenue by approximately 30 percent year-over-year by the close of 2025. Since its founding in 2021 with just a handful of lawyers, the firm has grown to 18 attorneys, reflecting both strong client demand and exceptional attorney retention.
“As our clients have expanded their reach, so has our practice,” said Janet Moreira, partner at Caldera Law. “We are proud to partner with visionary entrepreneurs, operators, and investors throughout South Florida, and to provide the legal guidance needed to fuel growth in a highly competitive and fast-changing market.”
The firm recently hosted a new office opening celebration with more than 150 clients, partners, and community leaders in attendance. The event honored those who have contributed to Caldera’s role as a trusted advisor in Miami’s legal and business landscape. Guests enjoyed food and cocktails by firm client FEAL Hospitality, the award-winning group behind Ghee Indian Kitchen, Erba, and Paya, among others, with additional bars by two of the firm’s clients, Santo Gusano and SOTO Saké – highlighting Caldera’s deep ties to Miami’s culinary and broader F&B community.
This milestone also comes on the heels of several notable developments, including the expansion of its litigation and corporate practices, along with new client work in emerging industries such as technology, sports, and entertainment.
