Caldera Law Hires Accomplished Litigator Anthony Narula

Miami, FL, October 24, 2022 – Accomplished litigator Anthony Narula joins Caldera Law as a partner, reinforcing the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation in high-stakes litigation and serving as a trusted partner to its clients.

With an impressive track record representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Narula brings a wealth of experience handling complex cases involving prominent entities including the Virgin Group, 1-800-Flowers, Carnival Cruise Lines, Samsung, The Standard Hotels, Lehman, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan Chase as well as successful start-ups, local artists, chefs, and restaurants.

“Having worked with Anthony previously, I know his remarkable expertise and dedication to his clients align perfectly with our commitment to providing forward-thinking legal services,” said Managing Partner Ben Wolkov. “He will be valuable as we grow the firm’s corporate litigation group and venture further into serving clients in Latin America .”

Prior to joining Caldera Law, Narula spent over a decade honing his skills in a broad range of complex commercial litigation at two of Miami's top law firms, Bilzin Sumberg and AXS Law, where he worked with Wolkov and Jeremy Ben-David, a founding partner at Caldera Law. Narula was part of the trial team that secured an $8.5 million federal jury verdict, successfully reclaiming the trademarks for the renowned "Bâoli" brand of restaurants and nightclubs for Peace United.

Narula's dynamic career began as an Assistant Public Defender, providing him with a unique skill set to navigate key issues, craft persuasive narratives, develop winning strategies, and think swiftly on his feet.

In 2011, he was honored with the Hat Trick Award by the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for securing three consecutive felony jury trial acquittals. Additionally, the Dade County Bar Association and Dade Legal Aid gave Narula the Advocate of Pro Bono Commitment Award in 2016, recognizing his dedication to public service.

“I’m excited to rejoin my old friends and colleagues Ben and Jeremy and to take on a leadership role in an up and coming firm that’s poised for tremendous growth,” said Narula. “The team’s experience in sophisticated matters combined with the firm’s breadth of practice areas enables us to partner with our clients, be more nimble, and better accommodate their needs.”

Beyond his courtroom achievements, Anthony is a respected thought leader, known for his prolific writing in publications including the Daily Business Review, Inside Mortgage Finance, JD Supra, the Lawyer's Desk Book, and the California Legal Studies Journal.
