Steve Halperin
Steve Halperin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, entertainment and hospitality-related deals, and general corporate matters.
Before entering the legal profession, Steve worked in the music department at William Morris Endeavor.
Steve received his B.S. from the University of Michigan in 2017, where he served as Vice President of the Student Body, and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
