
As Caldera Law’s Office Manager, Sophia Yero coordinates office operations, facilities management, and legal assistance. She manages client relationships and vendor logistics and actively contributes to firm-wide initiatives and events.
Sophia brings a strong background in public sector and nonprofit work, having supported high-impact initiatives in housing, education, and workforce development. She managed the $3 million Affordable Housing Trust Fund in the City of Lynn, Massachusetts. As Grant Coordinator at Miami Dade College, she played a key role in the allocation of the $10 million Good Jobs Challenge grant — a federally funded initiative preparing students for careers in the tech talent pipeline. She also served as an Instructional Technology Specialist with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the fourth-largest school district in the nation, supporting technology and data initiatives across approximately 400 schools.
Sophia holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
